Process Flow in Pharma Manufacturing

Below is the process flow of any successful pharma company in this company on production floor batch have been moved as:
1.  Planning: We have got production plan from planning department in which activity has been mentioned against date/day in various department regarding manufacturing floor.
2.  Generation of Pick list and issuance of BMR: On receiving of production plan production department generate Pick list and send it to QA department, QA department then generate BMR and issue it to dispensing.
3.  Dispensing: Dispensed the batch according to BMR.
4.  Batch receiving by production department:
